Both can be true. Jackets steamrolled us, but team clearly didn't give a shit until the last 5 minutes of the game.

Columbus is extremely good at pressuring the puck and the Sharks are just not skating hard at all

We were having a discussion a few days ago about the importance (or not) of skating speed and tonight I think made a good argument for when it becomes more important. Columbus was all over the puck carrier constantly, whereas when I watch our team I get frustrated at how slow we are to pressure the opposing team's puck carrier. It benefited them on offense as well with the number of odd-man rushes they had against us, but you have to play as aggressively as they do in order to get enough of those situations.

Our team is too damn slow across the board.
