This is La Vic's erasure. But honestly, outside of San Pedro the only other place worthwhile is Mini Boss. Downtown SJ is just severely lackingUnless you’re going to San Pedro market there’s not much else
Miniboss's selection of games is alright if yer into old coin op stuff at least. My favorite bar in all of DTSJThis is La Vic's erasure. But honestly, outside of San Pedro the only other place worthwhile is Mini Boss. Downtown SJ is just severely lacking
Yeah. The Columbus arena is like inconspicuously right there: like you’ll just be meandering downtown and stumble upon it. It’s quite convenient. This is La Vic's erasure. But honestly, outside of San Pedro the only other place worthwhile is Mini Boss. Downtown SJ is just severely lacking
Bay Area fans are mostly fairweathers unfortunately. Tank will fill up on weekdays when we’re good. Our weekend/holiday games are mostly sell outs though. Should also factor in that the fanbase is spread across the Bay and it’s too much to ask North Bay, East Bay and SF/Peninsula folks to constantly make the round trip on weeknights. How come CBJ is able to fill its arena for a random weeknight game against the Sharks but we draw less than 10k on a regular basis?
there's a bunch of cafes and shops opening up lately. heard from a friend that the city is subsidizing rents in that area so should be seeing more stuff pop up.This is La Vic's erasure. Columbus in winter just feels like going to a hockey game is a great way to spend a night.Bay Area fans are mostly fairweathers unfortunately. Tank will fill up on weekdays when we’re good. Our weekend/holiday games are mostly sell outs though.
We're all diehards in here, but even I struggle to think of a reason to go drive through the deathtrap that is 280 to watch us get killed while paying 120 for tickets for two and parking on top of any concessions (which is why I don't buy anything at the arena) when I can watch us get killed at home from the comfort of my home.Bay Area fans are mostly fairweathers unfortunately. His Krusty the Clown hair makes everything a bit more funnyOh Mario
Makes perfect sense. I wouldn’t be attending all these games if it wasn’t a 15 minute drive to SAP. Just hop on 101 for a few mins then 280/87 ramps and I’m there. I’m also just grabbing the breakaway pass or getting last minute cheap lower tier tickets off TickPick. We're all diehards in here, but even I struggle to think of a reason to go drive through the deathtrap that is 280 to watch us get killed while paying 120 for tickets for two and parking on top of any concessions (which is why I don't buy anything at the arena) when I can watch us get killed at home from the comfort of my home.
Most fans base their decisions on three things: Proximity, Cost and Quality of the Product. I go to a ton of Henderson SilverKnights games mostly because the arena is 3 minutes from my house, I can grab tickets basically anywhere I want for 15 bucks and there's always going to be an intriguing prospect rolling through. For example, on the 24th Colorado is rolling through town so I get to see, ummmm JACOB MACDONALD AND GIVANI SMITH!?!?!?We're all diehards in here, but even I struggle to think of a reason to go drive through the deathtrap that is 280 to watch us get killed while paying 120 for tickets for two and parking on top of any concessions (which is why I don't buy anything at the arena) when I can watch us get killed at home from the comfort of my home.
