Game 47: Sharks @ Blue Jackets 4:00pm NBCSCA

The pisser is it's not that they are just being dominated and being denied any chance to make plays, they have chances and are just failing to do a goddamn thing.

If they wanna quit, they should. It's just easier for everyone involved. I don't have to waste my time, we take the L and are 1 step closer to Schaefer, Jackets get the 2 points. Literal win-win situation
I agree it's a win-win but I'm not for them quitting while they're trying to establish a new identity around guys like Celebrini and Eklund. They need to keep fighting like they have all year even when they were having shit games.

Of course not, but tonight they're clearly checked the f*** out. Team's silently quitting and frankly just they should be honest if they don't wanna be here

PVR’d it and just finished the first period. I figured I would save myself some punishment and switch to live and I’m glad I skipped the second period. First period was utter shit and it looks like period two was even worse. This defence is putrid

How come CBJ is able to fill its arena for a random weeknight game against the Sharks but we draw less than 10k on a regular basis?

They haven't cock teased their entire fan base for 20 years while continually raising prices after failing to finish
They've been the most irrelevant franchise in the league for their entire existence instead.

Their stadium is right in the heart of downtown. It’s easy to get to and there’s a million things to do around it.
Ours is also downtown across the street from a major train station.

completely baseless theory, i only looked at the street view and did no further investigation:
nationwide is integrated into the urban fabric of downtown and is served by significant transit options
sap is in a sea of parking lots that most people drive to, and traffic is horrible

no cycle support and no urgency. just holding the puck looking for passing lanes like they're a team that can score at will.

Unless you’re going to San Pedro market there’s not much else
