Also, the screams about wanting to move Lafreniere because of our inability to properly develop is the reason why Dolan and this franchise continue to appease impatient and vocal fans (like plenty on here) and themselves with overpaid veterans and try to win now. It's the same old Rangers. We just couldn't f***ing resist could we?

We announce a rebuild, well, we should f***ing stick to it. For once in my 30+ years of watching this team, I'd rather go with a different approach, but time and time again we've proven as an organization and fanbase we just can't f***ing handle that. So here we are. Trying to win now and getting ribbed for failing to develop two top picks in the process.

I'm sick of hearing how fans are impatient when every other organization drafts 1st and 2nd overall picks that end up contributing right away, yet we have to be comfortable and patient with ours coming in and underperforming at a level literally zero people expected them to. It's nonsense. The rebuild would have ended naturally when Fox and Shesterkin became arguably the best players at their positions or close to it.

There was no reason to draw the rebuild out longer. It would have been a mistake not to try to capitalize on having two should be star players on ELC. Unfortunately for us they haven't been anywhere close to that. That's the crux of the issue, not impatience or anything else.

It's also a mistake having overpaid veterans blocking the youth. Seems to work for the defense.

People need to make up their minds with what they want. Stick to the rebuild unless Fox and Shesterkin breakout? Fox is just 24. Shesterkin just turned 27.

I think I’ll be in much better spirits. Not that I expect the team to be much less frustrating, but I got a theragun and it has changed my life. I can’t remember my muscles being this relaxed in my adult life. I’m addicted. My wife walked in and I was on my back like a turtle trying to theragun the soles of my feet. I succeeded. I will be theragun-ing throughout the game while drinking some bourbon and I just don’t really feel like anything can ruin this euphoria.
