So the 5 NHL teams get cap relief due to the 2018 "incident", if the oilers had a player involved they would have had to forfeit a draft pick.

Ottawa was the only team that appers to handled the 2018 incident somewhat properly. I know they are separate incidents but end up losing a first because they hurt the Knights feelings over Dadonov incident. Typical NHL monkey business.

His accuracy hasn't been the same since that game, so I would say that chop absolutely had something to do with it.
The fact that he was suspended for a measly one game, rather than being out for the duration of the playoffs, makes me sick. Especially considering he was instrumental in helping Vegas win. With Petro rightly suspended, Vegas may not have won the cup.

They wouldn't have beaten the Oilers and the Oilers win the cup.

Don't forget Parros suspending Nurse for his instigator penalty when that suspension was waived every single time it happened last season up until that point.

He has continued to waive it every single time this season too.

I could count to 13 by the time I was 3-4. Due to the TV channel dial. Yeah, I was the remote. I think CBC French was 12. We were so hard up for channels back then we would watch that and they always had the Habs on, none of this Leafs or Nucks shit. I learned hockey French. lol. Then when ITV came up with a channel it was amazing. Wow. another one more channel! haha Then Cable came along and we had 20 channels, living large...

I remember Greg Joy like yesterday and also because Canada doing well or medaling in any event was unheardof at Summer Olympics. That was just when they were rolling out participaction. heh.

Mind you in our neighborhood our pursuits like flinging ourselves down bike hills or road hockey or "King of the hill" on 30fthigh snowpiles weren't considered Olympic sports.

CFRN (CTV): 3
CBC: 5
CBFXT (CBC French (12)
ITV, when it showed up: 8
