Post-Game Talk: Game 44: BRUINS 3 Toronto 2 - B's find a way to win

I have to ask. Does any player in this league dive more than Kadri?

We need Krech back, badly, help balance things out.

63 - 37 - 88
21 - 46 - 39
11 - 51 - 72
36 - 25 - 29

I'd consider flipping 88 and 39 at times if things don't go well. I don't like the 3rd line wingers. 72 needs to find consistency, use his wheels. I'd love a Chimera type (big banger with wheels who can PK) on that line, I'd like to see Sweeney go and find a guy like that quickly.

I don't touch the 4th line, I have 41 play occasionally to keep Talbot fresh, have 64 play for 36 occasionally. 29 sticks, for good. 14 is a non factor.

Talbot's only 31. One year older than Bergeron. It's not like he's 39 or something.

Is it not the stupidest rule that Toronto still got a hooking penalty on the offside reversed call. If they want to leave in violent penalties like high sticking, boarding etc that is fine but there is no way you should get a tripping , hooking etc

Me too. I didn't care for them but they looked good last night...Maybe it was that win

I still can't warm up to them. Hate the logo, especially the fact that brown and off white are in the color scheme.

Only a huge homer would deny that Marchand dives on occasion. Not many Bruins do it, but Krejci and Marchand are two. And while nobody is saying Marchand is Matt Cooke, it's also undeniable that he plays dirty sometimes (e.g., the low bridge hit he was suspended for).

Why are you even bringing this up? The point was made that Kadri is a notorious diver, and he flopped last game constantly.

Your response? Marchand dives and is dirty. Well, then....

Highlights for me:
"Bernier is like: How do you give the old spice guy a breakaway?"

Torey Krug, the only goalie the Leafs didn't give the Bruins.

hahaha.

Awesome Steve Dangle reaction/rant about Bergeron early on:

I started watching Steve Dangle in his first year doing LFR's. It's ****ing gold. As time has gone on and he's gotten older, he's really gotten comfortable behind a camera and is a very witty guy. Not to mention a very knowledgeable hockey fan.

When I have time, I scroll through numerous episodes, including ones not involving the Bruins.

I think if they can't manage the rules accordingly they should eliminate them.... or allow a coaches challenge to catch penalties that weren't called... if you can take 5 mins to slow mo a replay about how marchy's blade wasn't on the blue paint you should be able to go back and say Hayes was sticked in the face.... coaches challenge is such a bush league element to the game.... NHL you want more goals...??... take babcocks yellow flag away!

"A guy who looks like he stepped on the ice out of a shoot for a shampoo commercial!"

Love Steve Dangle. Smart AND hilarious.

Too much common sense in this post. This is the NHL after all.
