Passes at the goal line, drop passes to no one, passing it into skates and trying to force passed through 4 defenders and sometimes he does all this in a goal scoring location or High danger area and doesn't shoot

Skinner is entirely dependent on the Oilers playng airtight D in front of him. Pretty much most of the time anyway. He had a rare good game last one where he influenced the outcome. Usually its just the Oilers shutting everything down in front of him and owning the puck.
