Second of all, and I didn't see the goals, but it seems like we're getting Bad Stu tonight. He was due for a clunker and the Oilers were due for a clunker against the Pens after totally destroying them the last 3 years or so.
Third of all, it's one bad game so there's no reason to freak out and I'm sure HFOil is being very level headed about a bad game after a 15-3 stretch.

So the moment the Oilers have a weak period and don't cover everything and allow Skinner the easiest possible time 4 goals blow by him and fortunately some other shots missed.

This is what Skinner looks like without elite coverage all around him taking away any and all scoring chances.

Most contender teams play a dog period like this and maybe give up 0,1,2 goals because they have goalies that can bail them out. Nah, not with Skinner back there.

PITT is so brutal when I watch them, I could see EDM tying it up, but I don't trust that our goalies will shut them out the rest of the way.

nah the Oilers defense was rotten, Skinner is about #5 on the problems of that period
