If playing 10 games through two rounds is that exhausting, maybe they should fold the team up and be done with it.

I said it earlier but it’s the most infuriating thing for me about this iteration of the Rangers. Why does the whole team routinely look gassed and out-conditioned by their opponents? We end up looking out worked because we’re late to every puck, etc. and we also never look like the better puck moving team on the ice. How you win the president’s trophy while almost not once all year looking like the better passing team on the ice is baffling, but we managed it. Why do we always look like we have worse conditioning? We played relatively very few playoff games to get to this point and they’ve got nothing in the tank? How?

I hope people aren’t actually blaming Wheeler on that play. That’s 100% on Mika. Soft as shit pass across the blue line as the D are changing into Wheeler’s skates while flat footed with two guys closer to the puck than him. f***ing put that puck in deep. Jesus Christ that’s the worst play I’ve ever seen.

All in all, not exaggerating, that might be the worst game of Zibanejad’s career.

I'm not usually one to come on here and complain about the team, but this was a rough game to watch. Igor had to make a lot of tough saves because too many guys were just passengers and watching the puck float by.

Laviolette insists on Trouba being out there every other shift, but he can't keep up.

He has to adjust.

Mika and Kreider have zero points. That has to change. Mika cost us the game. Between missing his shot on the PP and then putting Wheeler in a bad spot...horrendous.

Yes, we were 5-0 in OT, but the odds catch up and we'll lose the next 4 OT games if we're in the POs that long.

Mika - by my count on his own turned the puck over at least 4 times in just the 3rd period. I have never seen him play this poorly. I agree with those saying it was his worse game as a Ranger. He should be ashamed. No effort, no smarts, nothing. Even Panarin at least showed some effort!

Chytil - If he was injured , fine. If he was a healthy scratch then Lavi should be ashamed. No way do you play Wheeler over Chytil.

Entire team (aside from Shesterkin) has to play better in game 5 or we will lose this series.

MIKA, you are

Really feel apart after a good first.
We need to find a way to push back a bit more.
Great to see Laf continue his strong play. This is the player we've been waiting for.

D is really struggling to clear the zone. I don't want to harp on about Jones but I seriously think he'd help.
Almost 100 games now and still really haven't found anyone that can work with CK/Mika and get that line clicking 5v5

I struggle to think of a more lopsided game in the playoffs. This team embarrassed their fanbase. Blow them up. I'm tired of this core. They're not winning anything with the DJ and the regular season wonder. Absolutely f***ing disgrace.

Not sure the Panthers lose again. Mika is atrocious. Biz is right. They’re fugazi. Igor hiding all their warts. It’s the lundqvist years all over again. This core isnt winning anything.

OUT: Trouba, Lindgren, Zibanejad, Panarin, Goodrow

It's hard to put together a good defense. In reality only about 2 or 3 teams every year had a solid group.

Rangers will have no chance to win unless the offense goes berserk

Our top line handles the puck like a grenade, and the bottom two lines get caved, 0 offense from them.

Mika lost us this game.

He's the reason we lost in OT. This game was lost in the second period. You can't keep losing the losing the puck possession battle, have the play completely in your own zone for two periods, and expect to get lucky and win. It's not sustainable.

Having said that, WHAT THE f*** IS IT GOING TO TAKE TO BREAK UP ZIBANEJAD AND KREIDER? How many times do we need to see the first line do jack shit before we try something different?

And I swear to God, I SWEAR. TO. GOD. If I see the K'Andre-Trouba pairing on the ice for 5v5 one more time, I will f***ing throw myself out the window.
