So what about Miller? Was he injured or benched, or a bit of both? I think I'd go with Fast next game, especially if Miller is played on the wing anyway.

Maybe switch Kreider and Pouliot as well?

Kreider-Brassard-Zucc
Hagelin-Richards-St. Louis
Pouliot-Moore-Nash
Fast-Boyle-Dorsett

The team is still winning games. I know Moore was out of his depth last night, but I'd rather be throwing the dice on one line than two. Keep Pou-Brass-Zucc together. When he wasn't in the penalty box, Pouliot actually had a great, great game last night.

The Canadiens it seems to me are still having a major problem with the Rangers faster forwards. Boyle's long bomb to Hagelin and it's 1-0. Girardi's touchdown pass to Brassard and it's 2-1 and then Hagelin finds St. Louis all alone on the sidelines and it's game over. Just like 3 touchdown passes--and I'm not even much of a football fan.

The Rangers took way too many penalties in this one but their pk has been better than the Canadiens PK except for on one occasion. The penalties were deserving--some of them were pretty dumb and that's not good. Do not like the embellishing that a lot of Canadiens players do. The high stick against Subban--where his legs collapse under him--the high stick on Plekanec that didn't catch him in the face but made his head go back. Really--it's cheap and cheapens the game.

In the end the Rangers were resilient and hopefully we finish them off in their own barn on tuesday.

Considering that the game was played on Broadway, the Habs turned in a masterful performance. Tonight they will perform William Shakespeare's classic: The Tragedy of Hamlet. Get your tickets now.....

2 things

1. Lundqvist has as many points as Subban in this series. Just sayin

2. How is Jackson allowed to ref a game involving the HAbs? He is from Montreal and in 3 playoff games the Habs have had a decisive advantage of PP. The NHL is a joke.

Injured. Pile driven into the cage. Judging by his reaction on the bench, I'd bet broken collarbone, rib, or some other shoulder problem.

MSL's goal with the CBC feed. SO much better than NBC. Multiple angles of the goal, the celly, the team and management reaction. The crowd extends the goal song chant, you can hear the Goal and 3 stars announcement. CBC puts NBC coverage to shame!

So maybe the Garden crowd is not so quiet after all?

I would pay to be listening to Sam and Joe announce these games! I miss them a bunch-- it would have been amazing to hear the reactions from them throughout the playoffs. NBC sports stinks, plain and simple. It's a half assed effort full of cliches and silly attempts at humor with no effort to actually let the game breathe! CBC's announcer( sorry I don't know his name) just called the play and actually stopped talking and we saw all the reactions without being told them. That's how to call a game. NBC sports gave us exactly 1 minute of celebratiin( i just watched the you tube clip again) before Eddie O was forced to analyze the play because they shoved replays onto the screen abd covered up the celebration. Terrible....

Anyway, just want to thank the Rangers for this entire run. It's amazing and I love every minute of it. Even though I'm practically pulling ever hair out of my head each game.

Hardest win of the series is always the fourth win. Can't take 8 penalties( ok 6 legit penalties aside from the Suban and Patchiority high sticks which were obvious dives). Also need to be a little better through the neutral zone as in both the second and third periods the Rangers struggled to get through the Canadians neutral zone coverage. I have total confidence in AV and his staff to adjust to Montreals adjustment in neutral zone play which seemed to be to clog the center of the ice more.

The Rangers are the better team, better teams win games like this one!

Yeah, I was just confused that he stayed on the bench. Don't they usually take x-rays if they suspect a fracture?

They took him into the locker room.

I'm assuming they did X-rays and they came back negative. Still injured I'm sure, but not a broken bone

AV says he didn't play him because Miller was gone for so long he was "out of sync" or whatever. I doubt he goes back to the bench if he really is hurt so yeah, I don't think AV fully trusts Miller yet so probably just a regular benching

Lost in the shuffle, I don't remember seeing Miller come back after he was driven into the goal post. This would be 3 guys knocked out in 4 games and zero calls. With all the tight calls the habs were handed tonight, that Miller play is absolutely a penalty, as was obviously the Prust cheap shot. I mean you know it's bad when Montreal is the only Canadian team in the mix and Canadians are posting like this:

"Turn the hockey game on and a dive meet broke out. As a Canadian, I'm embarrassed by all the diving Montréal did. I'll be cheering for the Rangers the rest of the series."

"Habs remind me of the way Vancouver played that year against Bruins. They were embellishing and flopping all over the ice. Embarrassing to watch a Canadian team act like that. And the Refs are no better for letting it happen!!!"

How does the league continually allow this? I mean it's been going on so long and it's so damn blatant.

Mil bury actually had a good idea. He said to give the original 2 minutes for the penalty, but than give 4 minutes to the diver. That would stop it pretty quick. Of course the refs have to be instructed to call them!

Pou was horribad tonight. MSL, Hags, and Hank save the day.

I actually thought he had a decent game. I rarely say this but, the refs had it out for us tonight. Which is odd considering Therien (that ****ing *****), is the one who made threats. Even though Poo's penalty was obvious, anything borderline was being called on us and it had to be near murder for MTL to get called.

I'm so over Emrick with his floating a pass but cancelled off and sent around the roulette wheel where its played along by...

well i wouldn't have heard Sam's call anyway with how loud I screamed on the last 2 goals.

By the way...I don't need to see 3 Whoppers on the top of my god damn TV during the game! are the advertisements on the boards not enough??

I'm paying extra for NBC sports! I didn't get that originally. I'll cancel after the season is over.

dat leap

Every time the rangers score an OT goal and Kreids is on the bench, he jumps right over the boards. So I'm not surprised.

So with all this *****ing still going on about Price, how many of our players is it that the Canadiens have taken out now?

Just the fact that some of their posters still think it was intentional... It's ridiculous.

Miller was accidental, Stepan not so much.
