Maybe it's just me, but I'm noticing Dewey trying to dish out the ol' Rob Black ass check more often than usual this season. I guess if there's one thing Drew should take away from him, it's that.

The one aspect of Jones' game that is remarkable is his positioning. He never seems to be out of position and he really knows how to take advantage of his 6'4" frame to cover as much net as possible. He looks so calm and cool in net, maybe even more so than Bernier.

The Kopitar and Richards lines were having their way with the Oilers in the offensive zone. I much prefer Carcillo over Frattin with Nolan and Vey. Lewis had some good chances and probably played his best game this season.

And what can't be said about Drew Doughty? He really does it all for this team. The Kings are blessed to have such a gifted player on the blueline. The last Kings defenseman who looked this dominant was Rob Blake (during the first run of course).
