It worked pretty well imo. Kakko played his best hockey by far on that line.

People are talking like Quinn just disappeared after the first period tonight. The intern guys had Blackwell with Panarin and Strome. Quinn had Kakko with them earlier in the season.

I actually think the opposite. He was invisible when he was with them before. Deferred to Panarin, but wasn't getting open or going to the net.

But regardless of any of our perceptions, he is fantastic there now!

i was convinced they were going to lose this game so even if its a close win i'll take it. I mean they did outshoot buffalo 40-19. Philly outshot NYI 37-19 and still lost (in OT)
