I thought Heineman was solid again but I wouldn't have called him up as I think he needs a good bit of work on his offensive game yet.

Farrell was good again.

Laval plays with an edge that I enjoy. They have alot of sandpaper type of players along with some physical dmen who deliver timely hits.

Yeah he is no slouch.

This can do wonders for Dobes. I have been clamoring for a veteran goalie to help the rookie along.

The AHL heavyweights would absolutely demolish the NHL in fighting ability. The problem is too many of them are very meh players in the A let alone in the NHL where they would be a 3-5 minute player like the goons from the 90s

That was a real take charge performance by Kaskisuo. For a guy who had not played in weeks, that's real promising. I wish we had him a month ago.

Edit: I said weeks, but he actually had not played at all yet this season, so even more impressive.

Yeah the goons in the AHL are the real deal. The pseudo heavyweights in the NHL don't stand a chance.

One thing is though... This Marty system is so bad. Just like in Montréal, the players are always behind the play. Something needs ot be done. Xhekaj came out with two assists but its also probably his worse game Ive seen him play dating back to juniors lol.

he's playing well but that was an underwhelming scrap against a 5'11 dude. lol.
maybe that was at the end of shift, but I think you're right, it's a combo of fighting more defensively and I don't think his shoulder is 100% yet - and he's said as much in his last few interviews

Shawn is tough as any guys I know. Some probably just underestimate him because of his height but I never saw him lost a fight

Arbs should be up here, this is just silly keeping him there. Harris can take a hike any time

Great little player but Habs need bigger, stronger guys.

Unfortunately he makes Gallagher look fast, I think his NHL odds are very close to zero.
