It's the next sentence after what Joe read "a wild swing at a bouncing puck would be considered a normal wind up..."Where does it say that?
Which is once again poorly written and open to some interpretation

I actually dig Vancouver's matte black helmets lolEVERY team needs shiny helmets!
or last year .What's sad is that Zibanejad is one of the few players that can do that. But we haven't seen that player yet this year.
No they do not call penalties when players shoot the puck and their follow through results in a high stick. If the shot were on a bouncing puck, however, a penalty will be called.Do they call it a high stick when a player attempts to shoot or pass the puck and it rides up the defenseman’s stick and smacks them in the face?!
waited too long to choose to pass or shootThat's like the 14th time tonight this line won possession of the puck, got it back to the point, and the idiot defenseman just dumped it in.
Matte anything is dope. Lots of goalies are doing it.I actually dig Vancouver's matte black helmets lol
Not a fan of the spaghetti skate logo, though. That whole color scheme has nothing to do with Vancouver. The blue/green/white is much better.Matte anything is dope. Lots of goalies are doing it.
It’s really not that important to me, since it’s a bullshit league and they make it up as they go along anyway. Panera was clearly trying to shoot that puck, and if it was anybody else on any other team, it would not have been called.Cmon man, do you want me to cite the rules to you again? You can look it up this time.
Maybe they changed the spelling from “Tallison” (Ashkenazi tallit) and he’s actually Jewish and taking a Hanukkah vacation.Do we have our backup PA announcer tonight? Where's Joe Tolleson?
