Not that surprising honestly. He has been molded at the NHL level by Claude..for what ? 5 years ?

That saidno matter who is behind the bench this team will struggle with inconsistency as long as it doesn't have true firepower upfront and i don't think there is any other way around it. We have some nice pieces but no it's simply not enough.
