0-8 with McCauley is more than slightly losing.

There's mo ey and it's easy for a few calls to be debatable and have a huge impact on the game. It's not like refs and judges in other sports haven't been dirty.

Even in the lower ranks there's corruption everywhere. Not sure why NHL refs being perfect is assumed.

If they go into a game saying bunting dives so we won't call anything than something is wrong. Some of the dirtiest NHL players pick up hardly any extra penalties

This is a must win game for the Leafs tonight. I don't see anyway they go down 0-2 in the series and head to TB needing to win 4 of the next 5 games.

They never played from behind in the entire series last year always being up or even.

Leafs never had the lead last game and definitely were not cheated out of a win.
Time for this team to prove they are better than old Tampa bay lightning. It can’t be bad luck and refs every year that explain results. The elite teams overcome all obstacles (eventually).
I expect the team to comeback tonight huge and I wouldn’t count them out at any time of this series.

There is no way we do all the wrong things we did in game 1 again:

- getting off to a slow start with little intensity
-poor goaltending
-quick goal against
- poor penalty killing
- crappy defence by all 6 d
-core 4 have an avg to below avg game
-poor coaching decisions prior to and during game
-lack of attention to detail

Even if we avoid these things, we can still lose if Vasi has one of those games where we’re not scoring. Nevertheless, I’d feel better about our game, but not our chances in the series.

Above all else, we will need Samsanov to look like regular season Samsanov. That's step 1 to getting back into this series.

Step 2 will be getting contributions from multiple lines. The talent is spread out tonight so lets see what happens.
