Everything about the Kings since they went out in 5 relatively quiet games to SJ has been wait and see. Seems to have only accelerated with the start of the season. Wait and see how they do without Gaborik. Now wait and see how they do without Quick.

All of that only makes sense though, with the realities of the cap, and the team's collective performance the last 2 years. Other than coaches and players, there's no other rational reaction than just wait and see. Fans can't do anything but that anyway, regardless of anything, but it seems like that insane Cup run in 2014 came at an existential cost to the Kings.
 
Kings-Flyers games are usually low scoring affairs, we're talking 2-1, 3-2 at most. There's going to be some time between warm-up and puck drop, so look for a sluggish start from both teams.

Sutter noted toward the end of training camp he didn't know who the hell Kopitar will be playing with. It's safe to say it's still up in the air, but Tyler Toffoli seems perfect.
