He's number 22.

I also find it weird that Clifford wears 15, 13, 71, gotta be the only one in the NHL.

That has to be my least favorite line in Kings history.

I don't mind one, maaaaaaaaaybe two of them in the lineup, but all three of them in the lineup and on the same line is just stupid.

That's bold, considering we have seen some things, haha.

THey had some nights down the stretch last year where they looked fantastic but I know what you mean. Just too much roster redundancy.

It won't matter, we knew they wouldn't be a line for long. Sutter just loves to move Clifford up after a couple of losses.

I remember when we first got Clifford he was the badass on the team, always standing up for guys and just a real mean player but as the years progressed and he got hit with injuries, I just think he's replaceable at this point, a cheap rookie can fill in his spot. He doesn't have any special skills, yah he has a few sparks here and there and he works hard like every other player, but he's just a regular 4th liner. Anyone can take his spot.

Everyone has a favorite player(s), so I guess I can see why you root for him.

I agree he was a badass when he first come up. I think he's developed a possession game He is faster than King and better defensively. If he got kings mins his offensive number would go up. He has a better shot then King He is also still on the young side This is a tell tale year to see if he could move up a line He only plays between 7 - 11 mins and is among the leaders in hits. More mins would lead to more hits and a few more points a 10 goal 15 assist season isn't out of the question imo He is on this team to hit people not score

Is it too early to post this? It's gonna happen.

I don't know that all our players have the motor of Cliff, Cruel. It's actually hard to find high motor athletes, and generally, even lower-skilled players with a high motor draw the praise (and roster slot) from their coaches. Often to the consternation of their fans. Clifford is this type of guy.

As confounding as it may be. Cliff isn't our problem, not even close. But I know you know that, just sayin' :)

I might have to use that for an avatar*

*given I have those privileges at the time.

I was really close to using that Hayward Duck playoff bandwagon avatar RP did after the Kings got eliminated. Just couldn't bring myself to do it.

Was too lazy to do much more with the brown and quick crops, lol, but maybe later

oh thank goodness for drewface

You hit it on the head. I think Andy is good enough with more upside. Plus saving close to a million a year would be nice. Like Cliffy, but expensive and easily replaced

18 more minutes till live Patrick ****ing O'Neal, ladies and gents. Can O'Neal step in for Quickie and interview himself during intermissions?! I'd be in heaven

Sutter will certainly have to prove his mettle with all the roster limitations. If he delivers a winner, that's some straight up David Blaine magic.
