NJD are in town, and they're actually good this year. They're leading the Metro division by 4 pts over Carolina and even have a game in hand on Carolina.

Specialty Teams are average. PP is 19th OA.
PK is 14th OA.

So they're doing it 5 on 5.

They lead the league in shot prevention (only 24 shots against per game), and are 2nd in shots taken (average of 37.1 per game). On average they outshoot teams 37-24.

7th in G/F. 5th in G/A.

I expect a loss here, but it could be a high scoring game, as NJ's goaltending can be really inconsistent.

Slafkovsky should be back for this one.

I remember their coach saying last year his team was playing well but couldn't convert the good play into points. He felt they were in just about every game and weren't far from putting it all together. This should be a fun Challenge.

It would have looked very cool if it had the Expos original logo pasted where they put the RBC logo on the Red Jerseys.

No Way! Barber Pole is the best sweater we ever had.

Devils fan here coming in peace.
Tonight should to be a very entertaining game !

Devils play a way different game than in the past. It’s about speed and transition now. D tries to break out as clean and fast as possible and go North- South in a hurry.
Used to be all offence of the rush but now also can cycle and activate the D often.

Your top line and kids on D are awesome to watch . I really am cheering for Dach and the kids this year, just not tonight…..
Devils past 3/4 games have been less impressive and feels like the winning streak may come to an end here. I can see the Caufield lighting us up . We don’t give up too many chances but his line looks dynamic and can create a lot.
Here’s to a good , fast paced game tonight !

The power blue and last year's reverse retro just feel like gimmicks that have nothing to do with the team or its history to sell jerseys...

I really enjoyed all of the Centennial jerseys as far as aesthetics is concerned. The barber shop shirts just shouldn't have been paired with barber shop socks. That was a bit much.
