I wish if took his job more seriously during the summer. Coming into the season not in shape and is inexcusable. Wouldn't mind seeing him traded for someone who cares.

He's T-3 for scoring on this team. If he's not taking his job seriously I hate to think what everyone else was doing. The guy actually playing with another first liner has a grand total of one more point than him.

What do you think?

To be honest I haven't seen enough kings games to give an informed opinion, but given that the shots I've seen in my limited viewing are coming from excellent scoring areas I would guess alot of it is the defense in front of him. Those shots from the slot force open the goalie up and give alot more options to shooters, which in turn puts a ton of pressure on the goalie.

He was recovering from injury during the summer.

Being tied for 3rd on a team that can't score is something to be proud of? If you can't see how piss poor he has been I don't know what to tell you.

Richards has played with Carter for the most of the season. The only thing offensively he could contribute were secondary gift assists. Seriously, do you remember one good assist he had this year?

One thing I find a little bit scary is that Stoll is playing equal minutes to Richards at EV, with Lewis not far behind. If you want to figure out why we're struggling offensively, start there.

When Stoll and Lewis are the only one's moving the feet, You have to play them.

Why is everyone giving him a pass? Him kopi and brown have been **** all season.

For sure. Richards spent his offseason fishing and clearly was gassed and out of shape, at least he looks like he's getting better and he tries as much as possible. Kopitar and Brown frankly LOOK like they don't give a flying ****. Brown looks as bad as he did pre-trade rumors and Kopitar looks worse than he has in years, it used to be that his slumps were at least combined with very good D zone play, he looks kind of lost everywhere this year.

Moving the feet is all Lewis does. There's no reason he should be playing this much.

Kopitar and Brown are playing far worse than Richards IMO. They are on the top line and doing nothing at all. Not on the PP, not at even strength. Not defensively. Nothing.

Maybe the reason most teams don't play well the season after a cup is ssimply cause they don't give a **** anymore. I think it's more that than anything else, you can really see it.

The Kings' organizational depth on the blueline is being tested this season. Mitchell, Greene and Martinez out for now. Brought up Voynov last season so they could trade Johnson, and they now have Muzzin and Drewiske in the lineup on nearly a fulltime basis.

I think Dean needs to go shopping for a veteran UFA in the off season to stabilize this group if Greene and Mitchell can't make full recoveries. Ellerby looks to be an adequate replacement for Greene. He certainly knocks both Muzzin and Drewiske down a peg on the depth chart.

I'm sick of Lewis. He brings ZERO offense. In fact he brings negative offense to his linemates.

I assume Dean is looking right now.

Treat Mitchell like he is gone for the season.

Need a Good Veteran Defender. That will really help put people into the correct spots.

Muzzin needs to be back in the AHL, Davis needs to be back to 6/7th Defender.
