That one couldn't slide. I had to respond.

wasn't that question asked to him and he said something like "he never was told anything like that"....I could have sworn he said nothing was ever even discussed with him...at all.
he did but seems like a leak management put out to test the waters
it was nice knowing you sir....Hey Guys, first time poster here but long time reader. Excited to get in on the conversation and enjoy the season with you guys. Super pumped for the game tonight, definitely think its a big game and a big opportunity to get a statement win on the road in a tough environment.
In terms of my feelings on some decisions going into tonight's game, love Lehner getting another back to back . Love keeping Strome and DeBrincat together (not that I actually thought they wouldn't be ) but still nice to see them remain together. As far as Seabrook sitting, I don't really have a problem with it ( mostly because it don't matter, he will get back in lol) but I still think he can help us in a limited bottom pairing role. Outside of Gustafsson he is still our best offensive defenseman. I don't see Seabrook as the problem, I see his contract as the problem. All in all, he did a lot of great things for this Franchise, and is a great teammate. So lets not let one little comment made while he was upset dictate what kind of teammate he is and what he means in that locker room. I am not defending his play the last few years because we all know it hasn't been good enough, but sitting Seabrook don't solve much if Toews and Company don't wake up.. Happy to be apart of this board now though, look forward to discussing tonight's game with you all after! GO HAWKS!

Seems you need to follow the herd around here or you'll not be welcomed. Just look at all the likes that AD's snarky reply got from your first post.
Sad statement but true.

I wonder if we'll get an honest assessment of Gilbert around here. He had a few good moments in pre-season but he had more bad. Gus as well had better get his **** together. I know you guys won't listen. It's not in fashion - but Seabs has never been a speedster and it was never a part of his game. He still makes a lot of good plays on defence and can contribute offensively but unfortunately, most of the good is overlooked.
It was a joke.
We could only hope. Didn't the Hawks ask him if he would be willing to waive his NMC last season, and he said no?
Was it? I wouldn't have taken it that way if it were my first post. Try the ****ing sarcasm emoticon next time you're post is saying something other than what's written.
Damn, someone is cranky today.
At least 3-4 people all took it the same way, for what it was, which was a joke. You think that the person he replied to isn't going to?
Welcome aboard dude! Feel free to discuss the game with us DURING as well, that's usually when you'll see the best discussion as the dark clouds usually roll in to talk about how bad each player looked in the boxscore after the game.Hey Guys, first time poster here but long time reader. At least now he knows for certain and may come back. Cranky? Your ****ing right I am... and until I see Hawks put a few wins up and look good in doing so I will remain that way.

I didn't see him criticize the decision. He simply stated that he feels good and thinks he can still contribute to the team in a positive way.

Don’t get too rowdy in the retirement home, you might wake some of the residents up.
