Possibly centring or at least available to take faceoffs if he is on the wing. Then imagine having that quality on the third line
I missed his mean streak. He's such a beast, Habs sorely missed his physical side. Luckily for us he's also great both waysMan do I love Dach.
I can't agree. Their shooting/passing/decision-making is pretty off. They look like players who haven't played hockey in a year which is exactly the case so I'm not worried, but this performance isn't good enough so far if we want to be in the playoff mix.Laine and Dach are looking good, just missing some timing but that'll come soon enough
He'll be Suzuki's best friend on the PP if we give him the reins. He's for real. I have a hard time grasping that, but he is for f***ing real
Hoping this is exactly what happens! Love the potential if all goes well health wise.Dach and Laine makes the top 6 very dangerous for this year.
Can't wait until Demidov replaces Newhook in the top 6.
I think people see them oozing talents and that result into "they are looking good", but yep, they are off and need more reps to get back in sync/shape. But it's already very promising.I can't agree. Idk if Kent has the balls to waive Anderson and Dvorak. If Beck brings it next game like Kapanen is doing, the vets are in trouble.
Don’t sleep on Newhook. His speed is needed on that line, he’s good in transition and he can fill in to take faceoffs on his strong side.Dach and Laine makes the top 6 very dangerous for this year.
Sure but that's like saying Draisaitl is only a 2nd line player. The goal should be to have enough 1st liners that some end up on the 2nd line and push 2nd line players onto the 3rd line, etc... but at the end of the day Newhook is a top-6 player, and ideally we will have so much depth that our 3rd line will have several top-6 worthy players on it.Then imagine having that quality on the third line
I wish man, I wish. Anderson and Dvorak are literally just warm bodies. The youngsters are hungry at least.Idk if Kent has the balls to waive Anderson and Dvorak.
Laine has his passing, decision making off but Dach looks good.I can't agree. Their shooting/passing/decision-making is pretty off. Really impressed with his skating as I already knew the rest of his strengths were going to be great. No reason why he can't score 40 points this year unless MSL refuses to put him on the 1st PP.Hutson is much fun to watch, he's so dynamic, it's crazy.
