This team is in decline. One game, yeah yeah, I know. But this same group of core players was in decline last year, and they haven't gotten better. There is no fire in this core anymore.

If we miss the playoffs this year I'm all for a scorched earth rebuild. Keep Carter, Doughty, and Toffoli. Everyone else is up for grabs.

Disagree. If I was rebuilding I would trade all three of those players. I would trade everyone.

What's Carter done to be an exception? He might be more lifeless than Kopitar in this game. He disappeared as often as Kopitar did last year.

Doubt it, I don't see him scoring much in LA. It would depend on where the Kings are in the standings, and what type of year Lucic is having.

But Lucic would have to be having a really good year, to garner anything significant.
