Good to hear the kid has been doing recovery work in Ottawa this summer. That’s progress from living in his parents basement in Kingston.

2020 is a realistic target for return if things keep progressing at this rate.

My cynicism is and always has been with the Kings doctors. I believe in science and doctors. I don't believe in people who say they have a "bad"anything. In my life time those people were just scared of having surgery, which oddly is a very real thing. I'm 46 with stage 4 brain cancer. One day I started not feeling well. A few weeks later I was in the ER having my skull cracked open and operated on. I did not have a "bad" brain. I had symptoms, the doctors gave me a CT scan and an MRI to see what was wrong and operated to fix it. That's the reality of modern medicine. Very rarely do you hear of people who go into a doctor and nobody can figure out what's wrong. Does it happen? I'm sure it does. Does it happen in pro sports where athletes are worth millions of dollars? Not to my knowledge. Just one guy.

Finally, the recovery of Kings prospect Gabe Vilardi has...

Anyone by chance happen to know if those Ottawa experts have anything to do with the Senators team?
