both are on this roster and considering the options, Smitm-Trouba is probably a better paring than Johnson-Trouba.

wow that's terrible though, why did the sign Johnsons. He must be some team guy that they went that route.

Million dollar question..

Kreider is a freak. He reminds me of Adrian Peterson and MJD. The only way these guys slow down is a major injury to their lower body... some players can just out run Father Time.
The way players take care of their bodies go a long way for their careers. At age 30, after 10 years and a severe back injury, Gary Roberts was ready to retire. Then he found a guy (one of my mentors, a guy Ben Prentiss studied under, in the fitness industry) who lead him down the path of taking care of his body. Soft tissue work, proper nutrition and supplementation and of course proper strength training. After rehabbing and training for a year Gary Roberts came back at 31/32 and played 11 more years. 28 goals at age 39 not too shabby.
James Harrison played the most violent sport and a violent position until 40 I believe and his routine was on point. Spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on recovery between nutrition, supplements, dry needling, soft tissue work, etc.
It's all about how you take care of your body. Guys have access to way more knowledge now and should be able to play into their 40s like Chelios, Bourque, all the legends. Look at how Derek Stepan has been trending down for years. Not physically gifted combined with drinking like a fish every night. I have no idea what Panarin does but Kreider has the workouts and nutrition dialed in from what I know. I'm not worried about him. And Panarin is more skill and IQ based. I don't see him slowing down either.

Look at Brady. Dude is 43 and still looks like he’s 30.

Yup, he's a guy who from what we hear is super strict at what he puts into his body and most of his training is recovery related. He's also smart and doesn't take hits. But same concept, he takes care of his body and it hasn't failed yet.

Oh look, an NHL team signed a depth D man for less than $1M that's better than a piece of drift wood. lmfao. such a f***ing Tanner Glass 12:00PM signing. "We got him and he's even better than when I had him in XXXXX". Still f***ing hilarious. I'm gonna wake up at 3 in the morning in December and still lol to Jack Johnson being a thing.
