Cirelli contract starts in 2023/24, he's still cheaper next year.
Believe it or not, they're actually cap compliant once Seabrook goes on LTIR.
Now the year after is a different animal but that'll be then (they probably make some trades).

Duclair would have been the logical option but he got hurt. Horny was not getting moved once we traded away all the assets at TDL.
