I'd expect the Leafs to be all over Weegar if he is available. I think the Sens have a lot of young cheap spare pieces the Panthers would want but I wonder if the Leafs could make it potentially work.

Leafs could use a RHD that can play high minutes. The 1 year rental might be a tough one though.

Palat would be a dream! I like Strome as well, but if we did Palat and Milano I would be satisfied.

Add that to our young players growing, and HOPEFULLY Robertson growth, we would be in a good place.

Yeah the biggest interest now is where Gaudreau and Kadri go, if they do move today. Leafs will hopefully make trades, but they’ve got at least two-four weeks to do so before every GM f***s off for the summer.
