Not a discount but not an overpay when you look at the three together. Cermak is a bit of a discount 1M, cirelli is fair, and Sergechev about 2M too much

Sergachev is an overpay, 8.5 for a #2? Also not sure if Cernak is a #3.

Sergachev has excellent tools but makes a ton of mistakes, no way he should make more than 7.5.

Other deals nice, but they lost McDonagh and are going to lose Palat, and Florida lost Giroux and Marchment.

Goaltending is a ? but Mikheyev and Lyubushkin, not even near as bad.
