Johnsson had 30 points in 36 games in the AHL last year. He might not be a middle-6 guy like he once was, but he seems like a guy who can still give you NHL minutes as a depth guy.
It may all go down tomorrow...peeps.
Lol. No where. Just stating facts. Also, I'm 47.
What if your going the other wayAll I'm seeing everywhere is Karlsson to the pens. I'd say the trade will 90% go down at this point.

Rumor is Zohorna is the piece holding this back
Uhm I Zohorna for many year who u are¿Wait first Rakell and now Zohorna
I'm starting to suspect civilian people are using player names as user names
It’s better than what we will get from Eller this year.He had 35 points and played 71 games in 2021-22 with New Jersey, averaging 14:22.
That's a hell of a lot better than what we got from our depth players last year.
Okay there's your middle-6 upside player, happy now?

Well that's the problem with Johnsson is that he stunk as a depth guy. He worked on L2 in Toronto and L2 in Jersey.
I am not sure about that. The Penguins have really little to offer. SJS may gamble on a contender ponying up for EK at the deadline, as some sort of missing piece (their 1D got injured etc.) The Penguins probably aren't offering more than 1 1st and need a lot of retention as well.
I think Johnsson is a guy like Nylander in that you call them up in case of a top-6 injury.
Short of Rakell, Dubas has tried harder to improve this team in 1 month than Hextall and Burke did in however many years they were here
And I yet again ask why we aren't doing that with cheap young talent like Puustinen or Poulin.
Offensively? Yes. ES defense and PK? Not even close. It’s better than what we will get from Eller this year.
I like our AHL signings. Spezza/Dubas doing a good job there.
Yeah the nice thing about a lot of these signings is that there is some sort of upside there. But with Hextall? Oh, let's bring in Josh Archibald for the 4th line.
I've heard the offer is two firsts, POJ to SJ and Granlund to a third teamI am not sure about that. The Penguins have really little to offer.
