Lol. The bloke is a blithering wanker and it still cracks me up that jack ass is Sid’s age, but looks like he’s about 10yrs older.

He’s one of the worst reporters in hockey, I throw him up there with dipshits like Josh Yohe, Brooks, and that shit stain Simmons.

Daily Faceoff must purposely hire the most obnoxious people because after Seravelli, Lazarus is brutal.

As for Frank, I hope he takes a break from the hockey media circles. Guy was a rising insider “star” and just sunk his ship. In my opinion, it says a lot about his character with how much he’s changed companies. Usually well known hockey media folks are lifers

Only so many opportunities available in hockey media (in terms of big media companies). Friedman on SN/CBC with Dregs and LeBrun on TSN.
 
I listen to a lot of hockey podcasts and after listening to frank's for 2+ years I quit cold turkey one day because I couldn't get over how much of an arrogant asshole he consistently is. I'm pretty tolerant on disliking media personalities but I just couldn't anymore. Hopefully he stays in America so I don't need to hear from him.

I've been listening to Frank for years and he's a great reporter in my mind. Especially for an insider.

At least Frank has an opinion. I know most people in here bitching just don't agree with his opinion so get their panties up in a bunch because he likely said something not so nice about their team. Sounds like an insecure fan issue to me. He's too mean! He's so arrogant because he called my team crap.. boo f***ing hoo.

I am a Bob McKenzie fan. Read his book and appreciated his love for the game. Great insider for information.

TERRIBLE for giving his opinion because I don't think he ever gave an honest one. I kind of get it, but I always felt Bob's hockey opinion concerning the NHL was with pillow stuffed gloves. Never wanting to piss off an organization etc. When my Oilers sucked I wanted to know why and how much. I'd never get that from Bob.

Give me the reporter that will speak his mind. Not cover me in platitudes. Frank will do that.

He looks about 10 years older than his age and I think it's the combo of white hair, face and body shape.

It takes all three components to make it what it is.

Bob knows he's not a hockey expert. He's an expert at reporting information from the hockey world. Those are two different things. The problem is that a lot of reporters/columnists don't know that and think they know more than they do.

My moms gonna be 65 next year as well, his body must be feeling it still having to work that much at that age. Wishing him the best wherever he goes.

I was listening to Seravalli a couple weeks ago (when the Jim Rutherford, Quinn Hughs PC went down) and he shared a story about the first time he met Rutherford to highlight how blunt Rutherford is as a person.

Rutherford: are you Frank Seravalli?
Seravalli :Yes
Rutherford: wow you look better in your picture than in person.
