He has you and me on do not disturb. We will never get through to him everI can't believe they aren't starting you. I called Gary myself....straight to voice-mail.
Thank you for being reasonable.Trying to keep politics from this thread. That said, everyone keeping up with this tournament and the recent goings on between the US and Canada politically know what's up. I'm allowing the Cooper quote to stay because whether we want to admit it or not, Canadian players have a lot to play for tonight. The pride of their country, their sport and all of the great men and women that made Canada a great nation (no matter what your opinion of the country and politics today is). This game means much more to Canadians IMO, let's hope that the boys pull it off and gives Canada something to be proud of.
More fuel to the fire. Cmon boys, please beat these arrogant pricks.
I'm not sure if in a typical situation that it would mean more to the players, but in this case I really believe that to be the case.Hockey always means more to canada. To the US it would be more like winning an important Olympic medal. Cool to win at hockey but they forget in a few days.
For people in Canada it means more. With our lower population all the merch and things you could sell off a win for Canada would beat what Americans would bother to get to celebrate a win
I should clarify I am talking about the fans. Canadians as a population care more than the us. As a team who knows I am not in the locker roomI'm not sure if in a typical situation that it would mean more to the players, but in this case I really believe that to be the case.
We should see who it means more to on the ice. The problem is that team USA is built bigger and grittier so a lot of players that aren't used to playing that way will have to for Canada to win this. And of course we need solid goaltending.I should clarify I am talking about the fans. Canadians as a population care more than the us. As a team who knows I am not in the locker room
He stopped by after the oilers beat the flames and iirc said he had lots of stuff going on in life.Alright, I calmed down. No more politics, I just want good hockey.
Del just disappeared one day. One of those guys that was well liked but just decided to up and leave., Who knows, maybe something or someone here he didn't want to be around, or maybe he just decided to move on and live life. Wherever he is, hope he's doing well.

USA providing tons of bulletin board material. Its honestly crazy how disrespectful they have been in the last 24 hrs. Boys have everything they need to play their heart out today.
Side note - PK Subban should be banned from Canada. What a loser.
PK Subban is a moron and should never have been hired to be on tv.USA providing tons of bulletin board material. Its honestly crazy how disrespectful they have been in the last 24 hrs. Boys have everything they need to play their heart out today.

The us is a better built team.We should see who it means more to on the ice. The problem is that team USA is built bigger and grittier so a lot of players that aren't used to playing that way will have to for Canada to win this. And of course we need solid goaltending.
