Not sure where to post (or why) - My man Mats, the last hab 100 pt scorer, only earned 300k in his best seasons and has mostly been a carpenter since!

Surprised to see the Habs never celebrated his 110 pts season nor his whole contribution ☹️

How time flies! It seems like yesterday when he was a Hab and got epically roasted by Michou for showing up at camp badly overweight and out of shape.

Whereupon he was dubbed DeVentre Pot-Belly.

Happy retirement Devante. He came across as a good guy and I’m sure his teammates appreciated him.

He made huge contributions to the 2018 Caps Stanley Cup win. He was a beaut

Naslund got a pro-rated $400K to sign with the Boston Bruins.

I still so hate Bergevin........What a terrible GM he was, still can't beleive the dumb medias defending him for 10 years, and yet the medias still lift Therrien as a star coach while he was a total jerk.

I don't believe Subban for a second. Dude comes off a Norris win and says he'd sign long term for $7M a year? I don't buy it. It would have been a poor decision for him to make.

Obviously Bergevin, Therrien and Molson handled the whole thing poorly, but I don't believe this happened the way PK mentioned it.
