Higgins and Komi are with the Canucks development team.

Higgins looks like he took the boys out for a few brevages :sarcasm: never change Chris.

Damn , they were both once my neighbours in the old port back in the day.....Even at 10 am after a full night of partying, chris looked in better shape back then....

It's nice to see they're actually friends and now long-term colleagues.
Living together bonded them a lot especially since then Mike late mother was fighting for her life and chris was there with him during these tough times . Such friendships last .
We joke about partying and all , but sometimes there is a way deeper connection

Putting all off-ice issues aside, what was Galchenyuk's biggest strengths and weaknesses as a hockey player?

From memory: he's a bit slow, isn't it?

Mike Cichy update:
He currently has 14 points in 17 games for his new team Unia Oswiecim.

EP has been working on getting old stats so ranking might not be exact. They have added some since the last update so ranking might differ.

Cichy is currently 27th all-time in points. 9 points to tie into the top 25.
He is tied 23rd all-time for assists. 1 assist to be tied for 20th.
He is 40th all-time for goals. 13 more goals to get top 30 (currently owned by his teammate Teddy Da Costa so it will go up).

For the POs
10th in goals
6th in assists
9th in points

Not quick but I wouldn’t necessarily call him slow per se. He’s “slow” because he doesn’t move his feet. He does those junior dekes where he’ll come in with some speed, then start gliding and try to stick handle through 5 people at 3 mph.

I also didn’t think his IQ or vision were particularly good.

However, he had an absolutely lethal shot under the right circumstance. For all his flaws, scoring 30 is a nice feat.

where's that damn video of Prust trolling Galchenyuk's 'dangles' at practice?

I would have given Hudon a lot of money if he would accept that he's going to be in Laval to help them win. He's been a great goal scorer at that level. Laval could have really used him this year.
