Lyle Odelein!!!
I think the guy is a legend.
Favorite player of all time.

Apparently he was a very hard worker and he like to have fun​

Odelein was a penalty machine with too few tools in his belt. Of course i like his mean attitude but i wouldn't want a youngster to be that...ummm....not so usefull overall.

Always prefer a skilled player with a mean streak then a mean streak that can skate.

We don’t evaluate players the same way.

I went to see the Habs vs Flyers at the Spectrum in Oct 92. Was standing by the area where the Habs were coming out on the ice and I vividly remember 2 things about Odelein...huge smile and he was a thick kid.
You could tell he loved the game and the spotlight. One of my favs.

Looooove this team! So much leadership Odelein, Captain Kirk, Damphoosse, Keane etc....These were real hockey players.

Are you kidding, Recchi was and is a skilled physician. He can diagnose a fake concussion or fake broken neck a mile away. Guy is amazing.

Was just browsing hockeydb and noticed Danny Kristo never played in the NHL, wow. He had decent stats in AHL, and was highly touted iirc.... is there a story about this, like how he never earned 1 sniff in the NHL?
Coaches must really dislike him.

I realize that... but even after that trade, im speaking on his career... he always showed decent stats... much more promising that many othets who got just 1 game
