I'm about 10 minutes in and it isn't very good so far. The intro was basically Doc Emrick listing off Niedermayer's accomplishments set to some background music and a few sound bites. Then it basically goes into his childhood with clips of phone interviews from Niedermayer, his family, and friends with Emrick's narration chiming in here or there.

To be fair, if there is a team that could fix him, or at least utilize him properly, it’s probably Carolina.

If you team is looking for a depth player who plays in the AHL and can be called up in a pinch, Beaulieu is a possibility. They could sign him to a two way contract, paying a few hundred thousand dollars in the minors and it wouldn't be a horrible decision for some form of defensive depth. According to Cap Friendly, Carolina only has 40 players under contract, so perhaps they are looking to add here and there.

he did retire n march of 2022. he last played in the SHL in 21-22 putting up 6 assists in 15 games

Tough for Hagelin. Good career, even if he didn’t do much here

i remember being really excited for Hagelin. good player who just do not fit with the team whatsoever. was happy to see him win it Pitts with Bonino

hagelin seemed like he'd be a perfect fit as a speed/PK guy in BB's system. was surprising when he struggled so badly here
