Yeah if they don't show any real improvement I think you have to. Douglas has done some good things, but has also whiffed on some notable picks, made some odd roster construction choices (not taking a more proactive approach to help the pass rush/EDGE situation, having a bunch of shit players in the secondary last season, not finding a good backup QB, gambling on Becton, etc...), and frustrated with his--somewhat laudable--adherence to not offering free agents a dollar more than he thinks they're worth. I mean it's not to say he hasn't done anything good, because he has, but all in all it's a really mixed bag. He's one of those guys with "The Plan" who won't deviate from it.
Yeah you either have to overpay free agents or you have to draft well and he hasn’t done either. Well I guess he has overpaid some free agents but not in a good way.

Wilson is getting his knee cleaned out in LA tomorrow. Arthroscopy. Expected to miss 2-4 weeks.

Good to hear it went well, no reason to rush him, week 1 is probably going to be a loss either way.

I would rather be safe and give him the extra week.

I’m guessing we see him week 3 at home vs Cincinnati. Week 1 is a long shot and I think they’ll take their time with recovery then will want to slowly ramp him up and give him reps. Week to is Cleveland and Garrett/Clowney don’t don’t good for wonky knees.

who?

Can they please switch to grass at MetLife? The injuries are out of control and the season hasn’t even started yet.

I have absolutely no idea what to make of The Giants heading into the season. Jones looked better last night than in Game 1 (that pass to Sills was beautiful), but I just don’t know.
yes please. it insane how franchises that are worth in the billions of dollars are too cheap to have a well maintained grass pitch. all the top soccer teams in the world play on grass (some with synthetic fibers woven into natural grass).

I know it was against the scrubs, but Streveler has looked so much better than Mike White so far this preseason. White had a few starters out there to throw to, but couldn't do anything. I don't understand why people think White should play instead of Flacco week one, he's not very good. He had one great game last year, but that's it. Streveler has earned the #3 QB spot in my opinion. I'm in the agreement that there's no reason to rush Zach Wilson back, make sure he's 100 percent ready before he comes back. Flacco can handle things until then. He'll have extra motivation against his old team, so I'm not worried. Plus, from what they've been saying in practices, Flacco has been doing really well (yes, it's just practice, etc, but still).

Doesn't matter who plays QB when the Jets defense can't stop anyone. I think the Ravens can put up 40+. Hope I'm wrong as I'll be at the game.

Mims requested a trade, I would keep him, but I guess they will trade him for a 7th or something next week.

Corey Davis and Moore both missed significant time last season, it’s not hard to see him being an injury away from getting actual snaps.

That draft was an outright disaster.
