Who would you want? The trend now is offensive coaches. Back in the day it was defensive coaches. Schoens first 2 drafts look horrible right now but I'd still consider him. I'm not a fan of Dabes. I think he can coach but I find him to be a bit of a phony and I think he gets on his players/coaches nerves. Plus he has to take some responsibility in the offense after 3 years.

I'm the wrong guy to ask. I've almost fully checked out from following the team & the NFL. Maybe if either NY team was decent I'd watch their games, but it's literally been shit for the Giants since they won in it all 2011.

The one Mcadoo season when they made the playoffs was a complete mirage, probably the worst 11-5 team that ever played. We had a cupcake schedule & were barely grinding wins out with his shitty 11 personnel formation that he refused to switch up the entire season. That was probably one of the last seasons I watched every game.

From one bad hire to the next, Mara has made it clear he has the same football acumen as his dad. So between the team being awful & the NFL letting the officials determine the outcome of too many games, it's just not worth my time.

Question for Jets fans. I know many are done with Aaron Rodgers. I'm not a fan of his persona at all BUT I will ask when was the last time the Jets have had a QB with better stats?

I'd say Fitzmagic. I think blaming everything on Rodgers is dumb. He's not MVP calliber anymore but at leas he is competent. His lack of clock awareness late in games is troubling though.

Not that I like the guy, personally I've not liked him since the ryan braun episode.

Baldy has a point though about good oline coaching. It is so important. The Giants should have tried Neal at guard for most of this season. He does not have a tackles speed.

Andy Reid was always a great coach. He did pretty well with Alex Smith at QB as well.

Andy was one of those Greenbay coaches under Holmgren. They had like an all star team of coaches there.
