How,does Boston year after year ice good teams and we haven’t won a single round in 20 years.
pretty sad for the most valuable team in hockey

Bruins have an identity.
Neely makes everybody accountable.
Bergeron and Marchand have not slowed down and players follow.
Pastrnak is playing/producing like an $11m player.
They have not allocated half their cap to 4 players who can't get it done in closeout games.

Kinda what I was figuring but it’s nice to know I’m not the only one. Lol

They are 4-4-2 with 72 games to go.

The media is absolutely putting the fear syringe on something that is hardly the end of the world. Insane. Simmonds is also losing his mind because Dubas won't comment at this time. There are so many other stories to tell.

I think you have to look deeper into it. 4-4-2 against contenders wouldn't be the worst thing into he world. 4-4-2 while playing mostly bottom feeders is worrisome. Also even that start, against that competition in a vacuum would be a bit passable. But we've seen this core for 6 years, we've seen they don't have another gear when the games matter so it's troublesome seeing they can't even get up to crush teams like Anaheim or Montreal.

Imagine how pat quinn would amaze and puzzle this all.... HIS teams were ALWAYS tough and hard. To the bone. Still the most entertaining ice hockey team to watch that was. These new general managers are noobs.

Malgin on the 4th line is a waste of time. Either play him higher up or don't play him at all. At this point, Keefer is trying to pull a rabbit out of his arse.
It is so stupid

Just try three line format for one game.. one f***en game against a team getting shelled in shots

ONE game.. try it for christ sake. You can put put out three lines with legit stars on each and the three lines can all attack differently

Ffs.. while i dont know where i really stand regarding keefe i certainly find some of his decisions odd and lazy.. and Ayres should be in for Holl too

Who did you mean there?

It’s funny, I don’t think there will be a single person watching this game from Philadelphia with the Phillies playing such a huge game tonight.
Was hoping Keefe would go back to that Robertson/Nylander/Malgin line, I thought they looked pretty good. Gotta think all this mixing up of players and guys in and out of the lineup is messing around the team rhythm a bit.

That lineup looks terrible. Holl on the first pairing? 😂

I’m sure Toronto will find a way to win this game and keep the mediocrity train chugging along a little bit longer.

Last year after a rough start in October 4-5-1 the Leafs went on to have a 12-2-0 November ..

Lets see they compare to last year starting tonight with the 1st game in Nov.

This game seems to be a tipping point.
Does the team show up and earn a win or do we see what we've seen the rest of the season?

I think they win tonight, I’m going leafs and the under on the site sportsbook
