The live production was also horrible. There were four jumbotrons (super small) and two of the four showed Madden-like tracking of the players on the ice using dots. The other two minotrons had half of the screen show statistics such as "most ice skated", "hardest shot", etc.. Every time there was a faceoff, it would show the players faceoff percentage, but it would show three inaccurate numbers before refreshing to the accurate number.

I tip a lot and I have never tipped a gas station attendant. Never even thought to honestly. Wouldn't even know how if I wanted to. I use my credit card 100% of the time and there is no tipping option at a gas station.
I love New Jersey full service, it's quicker and more efficient...
Roll down your window, state the amount you want, hand them your card or cash, then drive away.
there is never someone trying to figure out how to work a pump, there is never someone fiddling with their credit card to get it to work, there is never anyone leaving their car blocking the pump to go in the mini mart, there is never homeless waiting to beg for money while you pump your gas, there is never interactions with other motorist....there is never any of the dumb shit I see in other states when traveling....I absolutely love NJ full service.
I just woke up 3:30am missed everything from the 2nd period on.

Marino almost looks like a Jersey Shore cast member, right after he was dropped off in the spring, because he doesn’t look like he’s had any sun yet. He isn’t hitting the tanning beds to retain his tan year round like those guys did.
Lazar just has a wholesome, good boy look to him. He almost looks like he came off the the cast of Happy Days.
Palat almost looks like Vanilla Ice or some 90s or possibly early 00s music personality. I just can’t think of who. Could have been anyone from one of the white rapper dudes to even a boy band member. I just can’t think of who, but it’s somebody. It’s annoying that I can’t figure out a name.
Holtz looks like Post Malone if he had tattoo removal surgery on his face.
Mercer really looks like different parts of his body are in different decades. Definitely 70s man glasses.

They could make a prequel with a few of them. I think Nico and Haula are young Tony and Jackie Aprile Sr after robbing Feech’s card game.
Jack is young Ralphie, who just couldn’t make it after he caught the clap from that hippy broad and was leaking like a busted pipe. Nosek could be a young Silvio. Probably too fit to be the young puss, as the “You never exercised a day in your life!” comment would imply he was always a heavier guy, even in his younger days.
Lindy is an easy fit for the role of Feech, but his voice just isn’t nearly gravelly enough like Robert Loggia’s was.

There’s not a single player on the team who looks old enough to portray an 80s era Paulie. He was definitely already in his 40s by then. We may have to dip into the coaching staff or another team employee for that.
I think Nas is the perfect guy to pull off an 80s era Paulie if he were still here.
The pictures used of a young Paulie on the show is actually the real Tony Sirico when he was young. He has a nice sized bicep. He had to be in his 20s or maybe early 30s in those pictures.

Hell of an experience last night; friend hooked me up with a free ticket, and while it was in the next to last row of the stadium it was also near center ice.
Definitely got cold as it went on, though, and that was with me wearing multiple layers all over...still, not as bad on that front as the Yankee Stadium game was, that one was a legit nightmare, especially since we lost that one.
It was funny, I kept feeling like I was seeing way too many Flyers fans (though most of the ones I interacted with were perfectly chill...ok, outside of watching one of them and a Devils fan in my section nearly start a fight, but I think both were to blame on that one), but whenever the crowd got going you could definitely tell it was very much a Devils home game.
Also realized it was my first event at Metlife, outside of going there when the Giants had their Super Bowl celebration in 2012. Parked in a lot in Secaucus and took the train, think if I do any other events there I'll probably do that again.

You would have either made a lot of money or been committed if you suggested after Game 7 last April that Daws was the young guy we needed to hitch our wagon to for the future...but it's certainly headed that way.

I felt like the officiating kept the Flyers in the game. Collin Miller gets a delay of game, when he gets smashed into the net (his face literally hits the cross bar). The broadcast even called it BS. That set the tone for the night.
2nd Penalty, Deslauriers barels into the goalie, while smacking the stick out of the defenseman's hands. There is a scrum and we have a double roughing call. Then he throws the players helmet down the ice. How isn’t that a penalty? Delay of game? Unsportsmanlike?
Weak call against Nemec, no call on goalie interference when they cross-checked Daws. Konecny should of been kick out for targeting the knee.
At least Jack kept it together. Nicos and *checks again* Smith are the stars. With a close fourth from Bass.
