That officiating in the last 5 minutes was total garbage.

Not many Jets played well today. Ehlers had his normal moments of brilliance but I can’t think of any others who stood out... in a good way.

They were letting a lot go but high sticking gets called 100% of the time when seen.

I think the cross check on 44 was missed by the refs but whatever, calls get missed.

That IS the issue with refs putting the whistle in their pockets...let stuff go then something happens they cant ignore - a high stick in the face or puck over the glass.

Maybe, but the embellishment combined with the non-calls on Lewis being hauled down a scoring chance and Morrissey being cross checked (would’ve been called in the playoffs. Penalty, full stop) is what makes it bush league.

Yup, if you put your whistles away you keep your whistles away. This garbage about managing games is why this league is a joke. I can't stand it, make black and white rules and enforce them to the letter of the law.
