THat was not NHL level refereeing. Wow, was that terrible. I don't know how those guys get out of this game with out a chat with their superiors.

Honestly you can blame the referees all you want but if the Jets are supposed to be a playoff team they're supposed to win these games anyways.

Absolutely brutal goaltending by Montoya, I don't think Noel is going to start him again for a looong time. Really needed these two points as it's almost a guarantee they'll lose to the Hawks on Thursday.

Well I called this a trap game and it was.....and I am calling us to win against the Hawks! Pavs is rested now and the HelmetPardy will bring us luck.....Hawks are better than us but we are due against them.

I mean four goals as a team.

The second deflection didn't really matter. The net was wide open with Monty making pretty snow angels for all the fans to see.

It deflected off shief's skate. Yeah, Monty was down and floundering but I think it was actually headed down low but for the deflection.

Monty had a good game. He made a bunch of good saves. Not a great game but certainly not bad.

No, I always stand behidn Pavs, I'm not a band wagon fan.

So anyone who criticizes Ondrej Pavelec is a bandwagon fan? Even if he's playing poorly? I want Pavelec to play well, it's good for him and it's good for this team.

Please stop crying over the refs, the jets were behind all game long and tied it with 5 sec. Left, it was a good effort

Montoya stayed on the ice because he was anticipating a shot. It's pretty obvious if you watch without trying whisper sweet nothings in Pavelec's ear.

I think Scheif was just taking his man, leaving a clear view for Montoya, on the assumption that Montoya was in the usual upright position that goalies tend to be in.

Perhaps this will stop the posts about putting Montoya in more

No, it does not. He let in one bad goal. Pavs lets one in every other game including the last game where he let in that weak wraparound. Let's not forget that. The icetime needs to be distributed fairly between the two

You can point out the refs are bad while at the same time thinking that the Jets should not have lost anyway. It's not a crime to think both these things at once. Should we ignore the fact that the refs were completely incompetent tonight?
