With such a big gap between them and Latvia, they almost pushed them in OT..

Chemistry and heart has been our assets since a long time but our relegation from Group A (WC) costs us a lot...our lines lacked clearly some chemistry even if they played better each game

Happy to see that, so far, the best teams are going to the Olympics. As much as I would have liked for Austria to join them, these teams are the best and most deserving, and will make for the most exciting tournament.

Norway is rated 11th, and Denmark 12th. Putting this two in a qualificiation- group is of course a way to make sure it's not the 12 best teams going to the Olympics. IIHF - World Ranking

Just came back from Norway-Denmark btw. It was a war, as the games against Denmark always are. All this talk of "best team player by player". I wish I could just say "that's not how games Norway-Denmark works" now, but I guess that would have been an uphill-struggle to explain, given the result.

The IIHF rankings kinda silly to be honest. If you look on paper only Denmark should win against Norway everytime if its best vs best (The team today + Frederik Andersen and Lars Eller). Yes they have been ahead of Denmark for years, but surely everyone agrees that right now Denmark have the best players with the exception of maybe one.

For some reason the national team chokes way too often when they are seen as favorites. For once, they didnt today.

Pathetic display by Belarus at the end. The useless charging foul at garbage time, then antics at the camera at the penalty bench, water bottle throwing and the cherry on top at the end - the handshake line snub by team Belarus.

I saw two or three Bel. players not ignoring the handshake, props to them.

So happy for our team. The final table with 9 points for our team and 3 for everybody else looks dominant, but 2 of the 3 games were close. Team Slovakia continues the streak at the Olympics, never missing any.
