Happy to see that, so far, the best teams are going to the Olympics. As much as I would have liked for Austria to join them, these teams are the best and most deserving, and will make for the most exciting tournament.

Happy to see that, so far, the best teams are going to the Olympics. As much as I would have liked for Austria to join them, these teams are the best and most deserving, and will make for the most exciting tournament.

Unfortunately that depends on whether the NHL will participate or not. I have been cheering for Denmark, Latvia and Slovakia with the assumption that the NHL will participate for that exact reason that the games would be more competitive but it's going to be a major disappointment if Denmark qualified only to send an all Euro-based team to the actual games.

But a lot of regrets for France who matched Latvian Team and would have deserved to go into overtime...

Most of Latvians used to play together all year long vs 2 years without one official game together for us

That made the difference without any doubt

3 times in a raw we are missing Olympics by a small margin

The future of France is now on the Texier's generation hands
