Love it! Keep me posted on how it goes in year 2

I am absolutely enjoying managing this team. Plus, they have some great youngsters.

Waiting for a couple of updates before i start my long term FM save this year. Started with RB Salzburg which might be the biggest cheat code in the game. Didn't add any players and am unbeaten in the league and qualified for Champions League knockout round easily. And the reserves and B team are full of 4.5 star potential players.

I do some DB editing, mainly sub rules ....... 5 out of 12 subs. Let me know if you need any DBs.

Bought Totw Son for 365k yesterday for playoffs and this morning he's barely going for 300k. That's my mantra, buy high and sell low.

Also did the Hero pack because I had duplicate untradeables that I needed to get rid of and got Mario Gomez. Club going through some struggles at the moment

I finished season 2. I had a really good season, considering I had a really slow start.... the first game we won and lost the 3 next games. I managed to even make it to the FA cup finals only.... to lose to ManU. I had lost 4 starters to injuries during the final two weeks. My backline was decimated by that game. I am not shocked we lost. We conceded 20 goals less than last season and most of our goals came from headers and corners. Overall, I consider that a successful season. I am hoping to hold on to Lucca.

Shouldn't have sold Dan Burn then, since you score from headers/corners. And that 35k is meaningless, for that price he is easily good enough back up/rotation player.

How on earth is Norwich doing so well, most completed passes in the league as well...

Frustrating weekend but it's nice that Rank 3 is decent rewards, and it's relatively easy to get.

Started out 3-3 on saturday and not playing well at all. Swapped out totw Son for Robbie Keane and got base Son as well, changed up my tactics and won 6 games today. But with the Kings game on I only had 1 hour left to complete my remaining games. Had to quit several games because they were taking too long and all I needed was 1 more win and ran out of time. Didn't get anything good from rewards either except for Dybala

Lost about 50K in Coates investments before finally getting out. Got in too late, got out too late...ouch, haha.

Still have 100K in an 81 Liga Portgual In Form, but I got him for 10K, so there's only like 200 coin risk per card.

So I think someone hacked into my FUT account. Haven't played in a few days and noticed I re login on the companion app and had to reset my password, figured that it was expired or something. Went throughout the day on black friday doing the sbcs and such (didn't get anything good btw). Login on my PS5 and I go to my transfer list and its almost empty and there's a base Deco there as well. I've never seen that before in my life. Panic starts to creep in and I look over my club and I had a Trent, Allan and Alisson missing from my club and almost all of my consumables are gone. And yet, my Son, Keane, Varane and Messi were all still there thankfully. Whoever hacked into my account did a really shitty job of trying to make me lose coins

So I've done about 4 icon packs this year. Base Rijkaard, Base Ian Rush, Mid van Persie and now Base Casillas. Nothing but pain. If I had gotten base RvP I would've been thrilled with that, but the mid version is so much worse. While the icon packs have been dead, but other pack luck has been decent. Packed CR7 from a a preview pack, packed Mostovoi, packed Winter Wildcard Modric recently as well. The starting 11 and the bench looks very good, but the depth beyond that is pretty bare thanks to the icon packs. But once the next set of icon swaps comes out I can rebuild the club with fodder from the remaining packs.

Icon packs are a crap shoot. Did about 20 last year and the only useable one was van der Sar. Did about 8 so far. Got me Raul, Nedved (2x), Rivaldo, van Persie (baby, who sucks as well). But also Zambrotta, Blanc and Cantona. The latter three I all use of course. Did buy Butragueno mid, like I often do. Trust me. Go get him. Best striker in FIFA for me.

Pack luck is alright, but weird. Packed me three untradeable Mbappe’s already. Had to discard the last one.

These WL’s on the ps5 are so slow and difficult by the way. I’m in Elite but can barely scrape 12 wins together.

I've been on vacation so I missed 3 weekends. Basically from Thanksgiving until this past week. Didn't pack any of the Signature Signings or TOTGS cards...didn't do any of the objectives.

I've been impatient so I've been opening the packs I wanted to save for TOTY. Went halfway...saving everything that's got an 80+ guarantee, opening the rest because my club is really barren.

Yet to do an Icon pack, and only have done one Hero pack this year. I'll probably do the Base/Mid one from Swaps, with the 81, 82. 83+ packs.

Gotta say Winter Wildcards has been a great promo.

Sold Mbappe for 990K today. About 450K less than I bought him for a couple months ago.

Gonna prepare for TOTY soon by buying around 1400 Rares for Ligue 1 upgrades.

Since I didn't save a ton of packs this'll be a fun alternative. Squad definitely takes a hit without Mbappe but that's okay.

It's taken five years but I finally pulled Fleetwood up to Championship, winning the Papa John's Trophy along the way, let's see how long we last up there lol
