Fun one to watch. Panarin, Laffy, Miller and Quick were phenomenal. Rare bad showing from the PP might of ultimately been the difference, but this was a weird one so maybe not. Not even mad.

Regarding Laf, he's really reading the game well at the pro level finally. He's already one of our best Forwards, but he's also right on that precipice of being a guy who can take over a game.

Obviously D wasn't great. They definitely struggle when a forecheck gets chaotic, but that's probably just about every team so it's whatever.

Trouba was pretty terrible tonight.. overall thought we were the better team.. on to the next one but I do have some concerns that 5/6 bottom 6 players are 4th liners at best. Have some fears out lack of a viable 3rd line will catch up to us eventually

I'm not jiving with Valiquette's analysis. The way these two teams play it was going to be a high event game.

Florida is a big, fast, skilled team that's aggressive on the forecheck. Break out behind the forecheckers and there's going to be room in the neutral zone.

I can't imagine what he's complaining about. We played well on the road against a top team.

I like Vally and his analysis is good, but I think sometimes, as a goalie, he just can't accept that you give up scoring chances to good teams in this league.

Chytil going back home to family is not a good look in my opinion (in terms of returning to the game). He's probably doing so to talk about his future among his family.
