Murray and Bourque are playing better than they were earlier this season, so that's a good sign.
Why would it be baffling to you? We don't have any size. Stands to reason that most posters would want us to have it.The size obsession right now is baffling me. The Jets are a big team, but not a very physical one. We've killed them in most of our recent meetups...and now they suddenly have a better coach. Does that tell you the problem is in average height, or something else perhaps?
That was the first scoring chance Jets have had in the last 5 minutes. All of the sudden, it's the Habs who've been dominating the play.
The PP got them going.
Eller was about to cry lol
Am I the only who misses Galchenyuk? Kid brings another dimension to the overall team style... SKILLS!

Gallagher must be the player that takes the most hits on this team
I don't know if MB does see what we see. Seems there's something like "blind faith" guiding our Habs helmsmen. Because big > small in a physical matchup is just science, the laws of physics. You have to choose to ignore that to put FIVE smurf forwards on the ice, like tonight -- that's mad.

Problem is that he hardly plays...
Gotta play DD.

Big is better than small. Just like fast is better than slow. It's a bit more complicated than that. Small players have a lower center of gravity and are usually more agile - for instance even on this team, guys like Pacioretty and Eller might be better skaters than Desharnais, but still need more room to manuver.
Look at how Desharnais and Plekanec regularly make Chara look bad.
Of course having a top 6 filled with small players isn't at all ideal, it's no coincidence that the best puck possessors on this team are big bodies or at least very strong - Subban, Pacioretty, and Eller. But saying big>small leads to mistakes like assuming Murray can play hockey.
