I love this setup and I wish Anaheim would go back to it full time. Never liked the colors they switched to in 06-07. Plum and jade 4 life.

They keep doing "retro" looks and missing the mark. The closest they came was this

But the color scheme and striping is wrong. I foolishly got excited for the anniversary jersey they're doing this year but...well...

The only thing they got right was the OG colors. Everything else is pretty much abysmal.

I always liked this white Leafs jersey the best. Just has the extra bit of detail on the shoulder yolk and outline of the Leaf logo to elevate it above the typical whites.

Yeah I agree. I always feel like early to mid 90’s was the peak for nhl jerseys. Everyone had wicked jerseys at the time.
