Common boys. There was not fight. Maybe some phrases like ".... you" or "you ....", that you can hear in every office. Dont transfer mosquito to a elephant.

Réway has had a known attitude issue since his rookie season with the Olympiques. This probably isn't an isolated incident.

"don't transfer mosquitoes into an elephant" is just an amazing sentence... Love it! That being said, many greats were so called "divas". Lafleur, Hull, Roy... Who gives a ****? If Drouin and Seguin are divas, then Reway can be a diva as much as he wants if he can score goals with the Habs.

Well it obviously boiled over. And it's a cute phrase you got there, but I'm just reporting what I heard and read (over android translate, Google translate is better ik but I only had my phone). You knowing Slovak better doesn't necessitate trying to paint anyone as having exaggerated an incident.

And lol there ain't nothing wrong with being a diva, I like it. He's like the headlines type guy. Got attitude, "Bakos don't you talk back at me boy!" Haha

As a Habs fan this saddens me. I wish him all the best. The way he was able to play at the World Juniors always made me happy he is a Habs prospect. With that being said, with all of the recent heart scares (Fischer, Cherapanov, Peverly, Cunningham) I am not sure if I want to see him attempt a comeback. I wish him the very best of luck.

Too bad. Sounds only too serious. Hockey being a secondary aspect, this saddens me too, and as not an explicit habs fan. The kid was a treat to watch in the WJC and losing his kinda artist from hockey world altogether is a big loss indeed. And especially big for the Slovaks. In any case, hopefully the kid recovers and can return to the normal flow of life if not to the physically demanding sphere of playing hockey no more. Best of luck and speedy recovery to the Slovaks' Martin "Hockey".

It said everywhere it was an unspecified illness then there was one mention of it being a heart issue. Have they learned of the exact nature of the illness?

If you would have read the article posted three posts before yours, you would have read this exact quote.

“He is glad we are talking to him and counting on him,†Ciger said. “This year is over for him, but he's not gonna forget how to play hockey. The question is whether he'll be fine again, because heart problems are a serious thing."

Wanted to bump this thread and say that his cardiovascular virus is gone and Hab doctors gave him the green-light to skate at Habs rookie camp.

Awesome news!

What happened to this lad? I know he missed a year due to a heart infection if my memory serves me right, but playing tier 3 hockey now in Slovakia? What?

If I had to guess, he's just chilling there, and his agent will get him a decent gig soon. Probably a long shot to be something spectacular but he'll be in tier 1 hockey sometime in the not-too-distant future.

Still recovering. Or better to say, still hunting his fitness level. There was some interview not so long ago with hm, and he said, he is done after half game. And he said, he had (has) offers. But with such form he doesnt want to sign. He wait, until he is ready. And that should be late december or january.
