After being a member of this forum for the last 12+ years, I know for absolute certainty that this was a great pick by the Rangers as there is no *****ing and arguing about the player and the spot he was taken at.

Good boy, hope this is true, hopefully no AHL though stay in Extraliga would be prefered, he's a late bloomer, Sweden would be the best option imo.
 
Is lighting up NYR development camp. Him and Andersson have looked elite compared to the rest. 2 goals in the first scrimmage, almost a hatty
 
I think he has some Hertl to his game and could be a similar player in the NHL.

Signed his 3 year ELC with the Rangers.

Unlike Anderson, I think he definitely stays overseas next season.
 
Flying really under the radar. 2 assists today for Czech Republic in a 6-5 OT loss against Russia in the last game of the Four Nations U20 tourney. 3 points in 3 games and 2 ish weeks away from being 2018 eligible

Still holding out hope he comes to North Bay for us fans sake... seeming less likely as each day goes by though

He's playing with men already and has been, why would he want to play with kids? Especially on North Bay. I think the CHL is the least likely place for him to wind up

Same story for Necas. He's actually had more success in Extraliga than Chytil, but he's going to the OHL.
 
Great pick by New York here. Very good scouting, had Chytil as high as 12 at one point. Very high chance of succeeding at a top line/6 level.

Yup, and if he doesn't pan out as a top liner/top 6 guy he can play bottom 6 as well he's around 6'3 and almost 200 pounds, he can maybe grow an inch or two as well and put on some pounds, he's still very young for his draft class, great 2 picks by the Rangers, just wish one of them was a righty we have way too many LHS on the team, oh well
