That's the plan, but easier said than done.

If the Wild are going to continue to draft Russians( they never used to), then they need to hire some people in Russia who know how to get prospects signed, and i don't mean to a KHL team.

AFAIK they only count literal second pass before goal, so that back-and-forth between the scorer and Yurov negates the secondary assist in this situation..

I think it's because the puck went the route Maillet - Goldobin - Yurov - Goldobin, so the secondary assistent is Goldobin.
